St. Peters Seminary, one of the best examples of brutalist architecture, has sadly been abandoned and is in a state of disrepair. Surrounded by vast hectares of woodland it is the perfect spot for an artist retreat.  Drawing inspiration from the shapes of the original Gillespie Kidd & Coia architecture to make a young & bold identity for the next generation of artists & designers.
